Charles has demonstrated experience in projects planning and value chain analysis approach spanning over 15 years in marketing, developing business and trade proposals, economic development, participatory rapid appraisals and impact assessments, monitoring and evaluation frameworks with a proven track record of identifying viable investments from an international market view perspective, these having been acquired while working in management positions in finance, economic advisory and project planning and management with reputable local and international organizations.
